Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SkoraPrep, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these Terms as the product evolves; we'll change the date above and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use means acceptance.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use SkoraPrep. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for any subscription charges.

We do not knowingly allow accounts for children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we learn of such an account, we will delete it and its data. Parents and guardians may contact us at any time to review or delete their child's information.

We handle your account, practice and performance data as described in our Privacy Policy: encrypted, access-restricted, never sold, never used for advertising, and used beyond your own dashboard only in anonymized, aggregated form to operate and improve the service.

You agree not to:

• share, resell or transfer your account or subscription;
• scrape, bulk-download, copy or redistribute questions, explanations or any other content;
• attempt to access other users' data, bypass usage limits or paywalls, or probe, disrupt or overload our systems;
• use the service unlawfully or to cheat on any official exam.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

SkoraPrep offers a limited free allowance and a paid subscription billed at the price shown at checkout (currently $2.99 per week), plus applicable taxes. New subscribers may be offered a free trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, billing begins automatically at the end of the trial. Payments are processed by our payment provider; you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You may cancel at any time in Settings, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may temporarily maintain your access during that retry window before suspending the subscription. Any promotional or discounted rate applies only for the stated period; renewals afterward are at the standard price.

All questions, explanations, software, design, logos and other materials in SkoraPrep are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your own test preparation. You keep ownership of any content you submit (for example feedback or question reports) and grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the service. SAT is a trademark of the College Board and ACT is a trademark of ACT, Inc.; SkoraPrep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by either organization.

Parts of SkoraPrep — including some practice questions, explanations and website copy — are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and reviewed with automated quality checks. Despite our efforts, AI-generated material can contain errors, ambiguities or omissions. Content is provided for practice purposes only, is not official test material, and is not a guarantee of accuracy or of any score outcome. Please report anything that looks wrong using the in-app report button so we can fix it.

You can cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription immediately and removes your personal data and practice history; this cannot be undone.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if we discontinue the service. Where we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice.

All payments are final and non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused practice time, or accounts terminated for breach, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund past ones.

SkoraPrep is an evolving product offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that using it will produce any particular score improvement or admissions outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkoraPrep and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost test opportunities or scores, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located there will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law says otherwise.
